I opened it it didnt even open

I wanted to download one thing. I looked up plenty of things, but then a came across a (BTW The file I just started downloading is ready) website that said you should download this app. It looked good, so I downloaded it. When I opened it up, I saw the plus sign. I had the URL copied already, so I pasted it, and it started downloading immediately. Best download app ever!

Google Chrome browser has already allowed to download files and then it can be opened in supported application natively.
